No need to rush to the phone. We now offer our Quick Pickup Menu, easy online ordering and quick in-store pick-up on select items. Place your order online and it will be ready to pick up in store in 30 minutes!

Here are some of the Frequently Asked Questions from those that have been taking advantage of our Quick Pickup Menu:

I’ve placed my order, what is my next step?

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your order, please give us a call at 610-649-4046.

Where do I go to pick up my order?

Once you arrive at the location that you have specified when placing the order (Ardmore or West Chester), please visit the designated Quick Pick-Up Service Desk.

What do I bring with me when picking up my order?

You may bring either a printed copy of your receipt or show us a copy of the email on your smartphone to the customer service representative at the Quick Pick-Up Service Desk.

How long will it take for my order to be ready?

Your Quick Pick-Up order will take approximately 30 minutes from the time of confirmation email reception.

Will my online purchase be applied toward my Carlino’s Loyalty Program?

Yes.

Are my Carlino’s Loyalty Program points redeemable for online purchases?

No.

Are my Carlino’s Loyalty Program points redeemable for in-store purchases?

Yes. Your account will contain your points from both online and in-store purchases but may be redeemed in-store only.
