Smelts, a traditional dish of the 7 Fishes, are a small freshwater fish that are simply perfect for battering and frying. Flour-dusted and seasoned smelts are deep-fried and served with an anchovy aioli.

Move you and your guest into lighter dishes to pace yourself through the feast with salads like our Marinated Seafood Salad. Octopus, calamari, shrimp and mussels are marinated in a light olive oil vinaigrette. When the ingredients are this quality, the simpler the better.

    Do you make/sell stuffoli for the holidays? Hard to find in the suburbs. Every Italian Christmas there was always Stuffoli -only available in South Philly?
