I’ve placed my order, what is my next step?
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your order, please give us a call at 610-649-4046.
Where do I go to pick up my order?
Once you arrive at the location that you have specified when placing the order (Ardmore or West Chester), please visit the designated Quick Pick-Up Service Desk.
What do I bring with me when picking up my order?
You may bring either a printed copy of your receipt or show us a copy of the email on your smartphone to the customer service representative at the Quick Pick-Up Service Desk.
How long will it take for my order to be ready?
Your Quick Pick-Up order will take approximately 30 minutes from the time of confirmation email reception.
