Fall Market Catering Menu Highlights

The Market Catering Menu is our collection of handcrafted rustic dishes and chef’s creations available for both drop-off and pick-up. We provide an exceptional artisan experience for all types of gatherings, corporate and social events. Our menu changes to reflect the cycle of the seasons as well as traditional dishes that we carry all year round. Most of these handcrafted dishes are also available throughout our markets and produced daily.

Below are some highlights off of the new menu!

Roasted Beet & Goat Cheese Skewer

Slow roasted beet cube, goat cheese, walnuts, thousand blossom wildflower honey, and fresh herbs.

Carlino’s Hand-Selected Cheese Board

These top-of-the-line cheeses change weekly. A typical selection includes cow, sheep, and goat’s milk cheeses that vary in texture from soft-ripened bloomies to more mature semi-firm and firm varieties.

All cheeses are accompanied by particular condiments and accouterments that have been paired especially with each cheese varietal, all presented on a cheese board.

Antipasto Carlino

Imported prosciutto, artisan salami, hot soppressata, Parmigiano Reggiano, Carlino’s air-dried extra sharp provolone, marinated ciliegine mozzarella, pepper shooters, grilled peppers with balsamic crème, Sicilian black oil cured olives, olives stuffed with provolone, homemade crostini.

A Small serves up to 15 people, a Large serves up to 24.

Salmon

The quality of the salmon that we offer on our Fall Market Catering Menu is something that we’re super proud of!

First of all, and more importantly, our salmon is sustainable ad raised without antibiotics, which contributes to the quality of the flavor and taste. We offer it many different ways including:

• Chilled Poached Salmon on a tray
• Simply Seasoned & Grilled
• Blackened & Baked
• Herb & Pink Peppercorn Baked
• Stuffed with Crab Imperial

We also have many other great seafood options including Red Snapper, Wild Cod and Tilapia!

Spicy Chicken Farfalle

Pasta is a staple of any marketing catering menu! From classic dishes like lasagna to our stuffed pastas like

And back for the Fall season, we have unique favorites such as:

When you open our menu, available in-store or online, one picture that will catch your eye is the Spicy Chicken Farfalle – bow tie pasta, chicken breast, pepperoncini flakes, peas, and LaRosa sauce. A half or full pan would bring the right amount of spice to any gathering!

House Porchetta

Our famous stuffed and seasoned porchetta is slowly roasted with our classic Italian herbs, pulled, sliced and served with au jus or house pork gravy, on our house made football rolls! Perfect for any large occasion.

Uncle Frank's Porchetta

Our menu doesn’t just end here. Furthermore, we offer a wide array of Starches & Vegetables, Classic Comforts, Sandwich Trays, Deli Sides and Party Favorites.

Finally, what would a meal be without dessert! Pictured below is our Elegant Petit Pastries which features Hazel-glazed cream puffs, tiramisu café chocolate cups, pumpkin tartlet, cheesecake tartlet, seasonal fruit tart, spiced apple tartlet, cannoli, and chocolate covered strawberries.
