We will promptly refund your money, re-ship or replace your order or make other necessary arrangements. Request for refunds or returns must be made within 72 hours of the receipt of order so that we can address your situation as quickly as possible. We kindly ask that you do not discard any of the products, as we may need to have these products returned to our distribution warehouse or need batch numbers etc. off of specific products. If you believe that your order is received damaged due to the shipping process please take a photo of the original packaging (including the box the order was shipped in) so we may follow up with our shipping agent.
