Long Semolina

Our Semolina dough is made with Extra Fancy Durum flour. The durum flour creates a crispier crust, and denser crumb. Scaled and shaped by hand daily, with the same 12 hour cold fermentation as the Italian dough. 

The older cousin of the Long Crusty Italian. This 1.5 pound loaf packs a completely different flavor, but equals in purpose. Slice for sandwiches or simply serve with dinner.

*Please keep in mind that any items prepared without wheat (gluten) are made in a facility that handles many other wheat products.  There is a possibility for food items to come into contact with wheat gluten/products.  However unlikely, we are unable to guarantee that any menu item is completely gluten-free.

Where do I go to pick up my order?

Once you arrive at the location that you have specified when placing the order (Ardmore or West Chester), please visit the designated Quick Pick-Up Service Desk.

What do I bring with me when picking up my order?

You may bring either a printed copy of your receipt or show us a copy of the email on your smartphone to the customer service representative at the Quick Pick-Up Service Desk.

How long will it take for my order to be ready?

Your Quick Pick-Up order will take approximately 30 minutes from the time of confirmation email reception.
