Have you placed an order through our Market Catering Menu yet?! The Market Catering Menu is our collection of rustic, seasonal dishes handcrafted by our chefs. We now offer you the convenience of online ordering for in-store pick-up to make entertaining quick and easy. Our Market Catering Menu is a blend of our family’s traditional recipes and new, on- trend seasonal creations.

I’ve placed my order, what is my next step?

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your order, please give us a call at 610-649-4046

Where do I go to pick up my order?

Once you arrive at the location that you have specified when placing the order (Ardmore or West Chester), please visit the designated Market Catering Service Desk.

What do I bring with me when picking up my order?

You may bring either a printed copy of your receipt or show us a copy of the email on your smartphone to the customer service representative at the Market Catering Service Desk.

How long will it take for my order to be ready?

Your Market Catering order will be available for pick up at the designated date and time you chose when the order was placed.

Will my online purchase be applied towards my Carlino’s Loyalty Program?

Yes.

Are my Carlino’s Loyalty Program points redeemable for online purchases?

No.

Are my Carlino’s Loyalty Program points redeemable for in-store purchases?

Yes. Your account will contain your points from both online and in-store purchases, but may be redeemed in-store only.

Can we help you carry your order to your car?

That’s why we eat our protein from the deli counter!
