Once you arrive at the location that you have specified when placing the order (Ardmore or West Chester), please visit the designated Pick-Up Service Desk.

What do I bring with me when picking up my order?

You may bring either a printed copy of your receipt or show us a copy of the email on your smartphone to the customer service representative at the Pick-Up Service Desk.

Will my order be hot or cold when I pick it up?
