Shipping Policy

When you order products from Carlino's we guarantee your merchandise will ship with the utmost care. We use only the best shipping processes to deliver products that are fresh and superior right to your door. Please check the information below to review our shipping policies. 

Please check all addresses carefully. Carlino's guarantees delivery only to the addresses that we are provided. If we are unable to deliver the package, we will return your order to our fulfillment center. If the product arrives in good condition, we can send the package back out to you and charge you only the shipping and handling. If the product does not arrive in good condition, you will be responsible for the charges of a new order.


All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. We strive to ship orders within 24 hours of being placed. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances. The shipping process for each location is as follows:


All orders placed by 12:00pm, will ship that day.  All orders placed after 12:00pm, will ship the following work day.

For ground shipping, orders placed by Friday at 12:00 p.m. EST will ship that day. Orders shipping via ground shipping will arrive within 3 - 5 business days.

For overnight delivery, orders placed by Thursday at 12:00 p.m. EST will ship that day. Orders placed after that will ship the following Monday.

Orders containing perishables, placed between 12:00 p.m. EST Thursday and 12:00 p.m. EST Monday, will ship on Monday.


Please note that all perishable items are automatically shipped NEXT DAY (next business day) to ensure your product arrives in excellent condition. All fresh and frozen food products are carefully packaged to maintain optimum quality. As needed, your order will be packed with ice packs and placed in an insulated container for shipment.


We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Carlino's takes pride in providing our customers with the highest quality products available. However, if for any reason you or your recipient are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly replace the product(s), re-ship your order, or make other arrangements. Request for refunds or returns must be made within 72 hours of the receipt of order.We kindly ask that you do not discard any of the products, as we would like these products returned to our fulfillment warehouse.

Shipping charges are calculated per ship-to address and are based on the total cost of your order.


Shipping options to Alaska and Hawaii must be placed directly with a representative. Please contact Customer Service at 610.649.4046 for assistance.

Promotional shipping offers apply to orders that meet applicable sale amounts in merchandise before normal taxes and shipping/handling rates shipping to a single address only. Promotions do not apply to overnight delivery or 2nd day delivery unless specifically denoted. Not valid outside the 48 contiguous United States, or to PO Boxes, APOs and FPOs. Cannot be combined with any other offer, or applied to previous orders.
