Description: Color is brillant yellowm with a bouquet of peaches, pears, pink grapefruit, and white flowers on the nose.
Tasting Notes: Initial flavors of pink grapefruit and vanilla are followed by a slight salinity with notes of apricot in the background. As the wine dries out, it maintains its crispness, with a great texture and smooth mouthfeel. Wonderful balance and persistence with moderate acidity.
Food Pairing: Enjoy with roasted chicken, creamy pasta dishes, seafood, gouda and pecorino cheeses. Best served chilled.
